Even in beleaguered industries like newspapers, axed employees are filing lawsuits for age discrimination. At troubled THE CINCINNATI ENQUIRER, two former editors Joe Fenton and Cathy Rueter have filed complaints. According to CINCINNATI CITYBEAT, the two contend they were targeted for layoff because they were over-50.
